Glenn graduated from Drexel University and earned an MBA from Penn State. He has been involved in financial management and financial advising for over twenty years, and has been active in the community of York. Some of the volunteer work of which he is most proud includes coaching youth sports, and serving on Boards for local non-profit organizations, such as Children's Home of York,. Central York School-District, and Living Word Community Church. He has been married to his wife, Cheryl since 1982, and they are proud parents of Megan & Mike.
